Insurance patients must have their insurance benefits verified prior to their first appointment. Please allow approximately 24 hours for verifications. We are In Network with Aetna, Unitedhealthcare, and The EMPIRE Plan NYSHIP. Out of Network benefits can be verified for other insurance plans.
Treatment Packages are available for non-insurance patients.
